Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
2.3 Lifetime Access
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to operate the program. We reserve the right to discontinue the Services at any time, though we will provide reasonable notice if possible.

3. Account Responsibilities

All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We take copyright infringement seriously. If you share, distribute, or pirate our content, we reserve the right to:

Immediately terminate your access
Pursue legal action
Seek damages and legal fees
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health problems that may result from using this program
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program ($297)

10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or requesting a refund (within 90 days).

10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you:

Violate these Terms
Share or pirate the content
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Issue a chargeback without contacting us first
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the program ends immediately, and you must cease all use of the content.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@nervefixblueprint.com. We'll work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.

11.2 Arbitration Agreement
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any legal dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for disputes that qualify for small claims court.

Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

11.3 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NerveFix Blueprint is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NerveFix Blueprint.

12.2 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.4 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

12.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to anyone else. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party.
